An eventful December part 2

We were going to stay the night at Grandma's but we got a call from the police saying that someone had broken our front window.  So we loaded back in the car and drove home to answer questions from the police and clean up glass.  The next day we hung out and just relaxed.  But that night (sat night) you started feeling really gross.  You puked in your bed so we cleaned you and Dad and your bedding.  You were laying in bed with me when you started puking again.  I was worried you were going to chock because you just kept going and going and couldnt breathe.  It finally stopped and we cleaned up again and you fell asleep.  Meanwhile, Dad and I were searching the internet, trying to decide if we needed to call and take you back to the hospital.  We didnt know if it was related to the ITP or if it was just a coincidence.  We finally found a sight about ITP and it said that the IVIG can cause flu-like symptoms.  OK. Thank you Drs for letting me know that!
On Sunday you were still bleeding from you gums a bit so I called and they told me that I needed to take you back in because they were going to give you more medicine.  So we dropped Dad and your brothers off at Church in Selma and then headed back up to the ER.  By the time we got to the ER you had stopped bleeding.  Here you are waiting for the Drs to come in and do your labs.

The drs finally came in and did your labs.  After awhile they came back and said that your numbers were 26 so since you weren't actively bleeding, we could just go home.  grrrrrrrr I could have gone to the ER there in Porterville and saved myself lots of time and gas.  They told me to recheck you on the following Wednesday.

So Wednesday the 15th we got your labs done again and they said that it was 38.  When they called to tell me that, though, I told them that you had some oozing from the mouth while you were eating that day.  They went ahead and made an appointment for the next tuesday with the Hematologist.
